OTR RECRUIT™ was created during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We had to learn how to pivot our recruiting services. Minimizing downtime for our carriers, and maximizing our driver’s visibility.  OTR RECRUIT™ is an authorized recruiting agent for multiple carriers. While we are based in Florida; we serve drivers across the U.S. who are seeking that right-fit truck driving job, whether they want an OTR position, or lease on the opportunity.
