FAQ

Recruiting, screening and compliance.

What screening do your drivers go through?

Our triple screening covers CDL and endorsement verification with a motor vehicle record (MVR) review, a DOT-compliant background check and pre-employment drug screening, plus employer references and a recruiter interview.

What DOT requirements apply when hiring a CDL driver?

Carriers need a pre-employment drug test, a valid DOT medical examiner's certificate, and a driver qualification file containing the CDL copy, MVR and employment history, along with hours-of-service records. We help you collect what you need at onboarding.

Can you fill temporary or seasonal positions?

Yes. We place drivers for temporary, contract, seasonal and full-time roles. Tell us in your search notes and we'll match accordingly.

How long does it take to fill a position?

Exact matches can start the same day you search. Recruit-to-spec orders usually see pre-screened candidates within a few business days, with most positions filled in under two weeks.
