How We Started
OTR RECRUIT™ was created during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We had to learn how to pivot our recruiting services. Minimizing downtime for our carriers, and maximizing our drivers visibility.
OTR RECRUIT™ is an authorized recruiting agent for multiple carriers. Located near the Washington, D.C. metro area. While we are based in Virginia, we serve drivers across the U.S. who are seeking that right-fit truck driving job, whether they want an OTR position, or lease on opportunity.
