By using OTR Recruit's website and services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
OTR Recruit helps carriers find and hire truck drivers. Search results show anonymous driver profiles. Starting a placement begins our process of confirming a driver's availability and interest; it does not guarantee that a specific driver will accept employment.
2. Fees
- Placements of 1–3 drivers are $1,297 per driver, paid upfront at checkout.
- Requests for 4 or more drivers are quoted by our sales team. No automatic volume discount applies.
- Recruit-to-spec orders are billed at the same per-driver rate.
3. 30-day replacement guarantee
If a placed driver leaves or is released within 30 days of their start date, we will provide one replacement driver at no additional charge. The guarantee covers one replacement per paid placement and requires notice within the 30-day window.
4. Driver information
Driver details released to a carrier may be used only to evaluate and onboard that driver. Carriers may not resell, share or use released information for any other purpose, and must complete their own DOT-required hiring steps.
5. Drivers
Our services are free for drivers. Drivers agree to provide accurate information and authorize verification as described in the application.
6. Limitation of liability
Hiring decisions remain the carrier's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, OTR Recruit's liability is limited to the fees paid for the placement in question.
