Blue semi truck on a mountain highway – CDL truck driving jobs

For drivers

Drive for a carrier
that fits your life.

Apply once. We vet you, keep your details private, and match you with jobs that meet your route, pay and home-time needs. Always free for drivers.

How it works

From application to your next job.

  1. 1

    Apply in 5 minutes

Tell us your license, experience, equipment, routes, pay goals and home-time needs.

  2. 2

    Get vetted

We verify your CDL & MVR, run a DOT-compliant background check and confirm references.

  3. 3

    Matched anonymously

Carriers see your experience — never your name or number — when you fit their job.

  4. 4

    We call you first

When a carrier wants you, Sarah calls to confirm you're interested before anything is shared.

Why drivers choose us

A recruiter in your corner — not another job board.

We're a family-owned team in Jacksonville, FL. We pick up the phone, we're straight with you about the job, and we only send you to carriers we'd drive for.

Home time that fits

Daily, weekly, every two weeks or OTR — we only match jobs that respect your schedule.

Pay you actually want

Set your weekly pay goal. Jobs that don't meet it aren't shown as exact matches.

Reputable carriers only

We work with carriers who value safe, professional drivers and long-term relationships.

Quick availability check-ins

We'll text or email now and then to confirm you're still looking. One tap to update.

Driver FAQ

Questions drivers ask us.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. OTR Recruit is always free for drivers. Carriers pay our fee.

Who can see my personal information?

Only the OTR Recruit team. Carriers see an anonymous profile (license class, experience, equipment, route and home-time preferences). Your contact details are shared only after you confirm you're interested in a specific job.

What do I need to qualify?

A valid CDL (Class A, B or C) or a clean driving record for non-CDL roles, the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and physical, and a driving history you're proud of. New CDL holders are welcome — some carriers hire recent graduates.

Why do you ask about my availability?

We only show carriers drivers who are actually looking. Every few weeks we'll send a quick check-in; confirm with one tap to stay visible, or let us know you've found something.

I'm non-CDL. Can I still apply?

Yes. We recruit non-CDL drivers for box trucks and delivery vans, and many non-CDL drivers later earn their CDL to grow their careers.
