- Carriers: company name, contact name, email, phone, USDOT number, and the hiring criteria you submit in a driver search.
- Drivers: contact details, location, license class, endorsements, experience, equipment, route and home-time preferences, pay goals, availability, and screening results you authorize.
- Payments: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How driver information is shared
Carriers only ever see anonymous driver profiles in search results. A driver's name and contact details are shared with a carrier only after the carrier starts a placement and the driver confirms interest in that specific job.
How we use information
- To match carriers with drivers and deliver our recruiting services.
- To verify driver qualifications, with the driver's authorization.
- To contact you by phone, SMS or email about searches, placements, applications and availability.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, payments, email/SMS and customer communications. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
